I would select all of the above for my main reason if I could. The team were wonderful, my car was serviced quickly and efficiently, they also cleaned it inside and out with no extra charge! I was informed of everything that was planned for the service and I wasn’t surprised with any extra costs or anything I didn’t know about! Couldn’t fault my experience!

I would like to commend Service Staff Adviser, Khalil Al Fengan, for responding to our needs promptly and efficiently with extremely satisfactory results. We were impressed with Khalil's attention to detail, and responded to our requests professionally and timely. We were advised of work necessary to resolve our problem. After giving our approval to complete the work, we were contacted within the time-frame previously advised, that our vehicle was ready for pickup.
When we arrived to collect our repaired vehicle, we noticed and appreciated that the car had been cleaned & washed. The availability of OpenPay as a method to complete the payment, is also appreciated, for these unplanned expenses. As a Member of Jarvis [Hillcrest] Service Staff, Khalil demonstrates an extremely high standard of customer service, and is to be commended.

This is the first time I have had my car serviced with your business. In planning for the service it was clear that my circumstances would not be a challenge to you. Despite having specific requests, as well as I had to travel 400 kms to get the car serviced. So we were at the receiving end, of your service dept flexibility which was greatly appreciated.
Of the day, of the service (Saturday). It was again clear by Cathy's attention to detail and motivation on customer experiences, that I have come to the right place. Despite other alternatives available to us. Cathy managed a fluid situation very well. As a lone worker, she was key to the success of the service team. She is instrumental as the real face of Jarvis Ford. Not just as a clerk she knew her details of cars, warranty's and the cost, parts etc.(impressive) No one misunderstood her communication, and what I witnessed and experienced was, that everyone was treated above and beyond just professionally. She did a great job.
She understands customer service and experience. There needs to be more Cathy's in our world today. It would be a far better place.
