My family was recently in the market for a new vehicle. I am kind of old school, believe in customer service. I like to walk in to a dealership and "look lost". When people don't come and help me, it is a big turn off. I like to go in old work clothes... When I walked in to Jarvis Ford at Trinity Gardens, I didn't get a chance to walk in and look lost, because Simmi met us at the door, with a smile and asked if she could help. The wife was impressed. I visited and walked out of 4 other dealerships, whom had me wait to see someone after the receptionist found me, only to be told they can't supply with certainty. 1 of the 4 did help me straight away, but the conversation quickly turned to what "can't be done". I personally live in a customer service space. Help people, find a way to say YES, and do deals. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Jarvis Gepps Cross hadn't opened their new car site yet but Damien and Brett looked after me with one of new Everest Tremor Demos with the packs added that I wanted. Communication was good through the process and I was given a fair price. A nice new big Ford sales and service is being built at Gepps Cross hopefully in time for my first service
