Staff on the Service Reception Desk (Rose & ?) were very helpful (especially getting me a coffee) and once the car had been checked by a mechanic, explained what the problem was. There was no pressure to go ahead with the solution but I was given advice about keeping the tyre pressures correct in the meantime. The waiting time was kept to a minimum as I had chosen to stay whilst the issue was diagnosed.
