My family was recently in the market for a new vehicle. I am kind of old school, believe in customer service. I like to walk in to a dealership and "look lost". When people don't come and help me, it is a big turn off. I like to go in old work clothes... When I walked in to Jarvis Ford at Trinity Gardens, I didn't get a chance to walk in and look lost, because Simmi met us at the door, with a smile and asked if she could help. The wife was impressed. I visited and walked out of 4 other dealerships, whom had me wait to see someone after the receptionist found me, only to be told they can't supply with certainty. 1 of the 4 did help me straight away, but the conversation quickly turned to what "can't be done". I personally live in a customer service space. Help people, find a way to say YES, and do deals. I would give 6 stars if I could.

We dealt with Sean and he was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and no question felt like a silly question. We have been on a car finding journey for a little while now, Sean and the the team at Jarvis Norwood have truly been the best to deal with, making the process so easy and going the extra mile. Little touches like picking my brand new number plate that had some relevance to me, which did create something so unique and added to the whole experience. Sean and the team made it a great and memorable experience. They also made for a great experience for our toddler.The aftercare and follow up has been great also. Would highly recommend.
